This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success. •The Systems Administrator provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, participates in RMF lifecycle activities, implements STIGs and security controls, and works closely with cybersecurity teams to maintain system authorization and operational readiness. •Perform system administration functions including User and administrator account creation and management, Privilege assignment and access control, System performance tuning, Installation of system-wide software •Administer desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks •Manage account monitoring, OS installation, security configuration, and system maintenance •Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems •Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for Client/server systems, Storage and network devices, Mobile devices and peripherals •Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident identification, diagnosis, and resolution Qualifications: •Microsoft Windows Server or Azure certifications •Linux+ or equivalent UNIX/Linux certification •Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen.
