Qualifications: •Knowledge of enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) concepts, administration, support, and troubleshooting. •Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related enterprise services. •Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, access control methods, least-privilege administration, and multifactor authentication. •Knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity management, and disaster recovery principles. •Demonstrated capacity to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems and services. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. •Demonstrated capacity to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting established deadlines. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
