Required Skills: •This opportunity is contingent on contract award. •Install hardware, software, and systems upgrades for ADNS, CANES, ISNS, CENTRIXS, and related systems •Manage network accounts, network security, and local system design documentation •Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services •Provide 24x7 on-call Help Desk support via telephone, chat, and email for afloat networks •Perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting for end-users and fleet customers •Train staff on software applicable to their positions and assist customers with IT issues •Monitor system configuration (hardware and software) and provide instruction on computers and applications Qualifications: •Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI (required for SCI Networks work) •Compliance with Cyber Workforce (CWF) directive certification requirements •Willingness to work rotating shifts (5am-12pm, 1pm-9pm, 9pm-5am) and deploy aboard ships •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Attention to detail and accuracy •Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements •Some travel may be required •CompTIA Security+ and CASP+ or equivalent advanced IA certifications Compensation: •$71,800 - $112,150 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
