Required Skills: •Systems Administrators provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Information Technology systems, hardware, and software. They diagnose system issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure system availability and functionality to support end-users and business operations. •Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Information Technology systems, applications, and hardware. •Respond to system support requests, incidents, and service tickets to address user needs and concerns. •Diagnose system problems, errors, and performance issues to identify root causes and implement solutions. •Install, configure, and maintain system software, applications, and updates to ensure system functionality. •Document system support procedures, frequently asked questions, and knowledge base articles for user self-help and training. •Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance to optimize system operations. •Provide user training, guidance, and support on system features, functionalities, and best practices. Qualifications: •Associate Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. •Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent. •Strong Networking experience to troubleshoot all layers of the OSI model. •Operational familiarity with time series databases and configuring devices that record historical data in systems such as EntroCIM, Project Haystack, Niagara, or Skyspark. •Basic understanding of energy concepts including demand and consumption along with how they interact and convert between systems. •The ideal candidate will be able to see beyond the initial problem and approach solutions from a holistic perspective. This role requires being on-site and performing physical inspections to determine solutions for infrastructure issues. •Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, troubleshoot issues, and carry assignments through to completion with limited supervision. •Solid functional working knowledge of server administration and management, including server operating systems, system performance, availability, and routine maintenance.
