Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support development of testable requirements and project test strategies •Develop and document methodologies for weapon systems integration and verification •Conduct test evaluation of weapon control systems during development and prior to formal release both in the laboratory and in the field •Interface directly with developers to troubleshoot issues found during testing and report results through documentation and tickets •Participate in the installation and assessment of the system conducted locally and remotely •Develop test automation tools for new and existing weapon control systems •Develop and support GUIs using Python or C# •Partner cross-functionally with the test team to identify requirements and opportunities for new tools Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance •A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline or equivalent experience such as direct hands-on experience with a weapon system application •Three (3) years of full-time experience demonstrating the ability to design, implement and execute manual and automated test procedures as well as the ability to use test tools to perform requirements verification, environment validation and system performance testing •Two (2) years of full time experience testing software intensive DoD weapon systems •Able to work extended hours during travel (up to 16 hours/day) •Demonstrated experience and knowledge of systems engineering and testing practices throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle •Demonstrated strong problem solving, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment •Demonstrated experience developing testing strategies and detailed test procedures, based on system requirements, as well as test execution •Demonstrated ability to perform verification and validation, performance and acceptance testing for the applications within the rapid development environment •Support remote travel events Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
