Required Skills: •Lead cross-functional engineering coordination for fuel cell power plant design changes, product enhancements, and new feature implementation. •Drive system-level design reviews, FMEAs, engineering change control, and configuration management to ensure robust, reliable plant designs. •Investigate fleet equipment and component performance issues and support practical corrective actions that improve reliability. •Maintain accurate, complete, and configuration-controlled product documentation that supports manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and service. •Support cost reduction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation of commercial fuel cell power plants. •Partner closely with R&D, operations, manufacturing, service, procurement, design, drafting, equipment, process, electrical, instrumentation, and piping engineering teams. •Bring a systems perspective to complex technical issues and help translate engineering decisions into successful plant-level outcomes. Qualifications: •BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Electrical Engineering considered.
