Qualifications: •Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. •Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required. •Minimum of 9 years experience with a Bachelor degree, 7 years with a Master degree, or 4 years with a PhD.
