Responsible for performance management, employee development, work prioritization, goal setting, and ensuring achievement of departmental objectives. •Preferred Certifications include: CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager), CHSP (Certified Healthcare Safety Professional), CHEP (Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Project Management Professional (PMP) •Knowledge of and experience with hospital Infection Prevention & Control systems and standards •Knowledge of state and federal laws including but not limited to, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes.
