Required Skills: •Administer and support core Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Windows Server platforms, and enterprise applications within a global hybrid environment. •Manage server lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning with a focus on automation and consistency. •Monitor system health, performance metrics, logs, and alerts using centralized tooling to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business. •Partner with infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams to maintain stable, resilient operations across U.S. and international offices. •Maintain and improve documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer. •Serve as an escalation resource and mentor for junior IT staff, contributing to team skill development and knowledge sharing. •Administer identity governance including RBAC, group policy, and access controls across Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID. •Support and contribute to security initiatives including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), endpoint monitoring, and compliance audit readiness.
