The ideal candidate will support escalated issues, manage system stability, and contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements. •Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems •Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution •Manage day-to-day system operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and updates •Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, Ubuntu) •Support OS installation, file systems, TCP/IP networking, and software lifecycle activities •Troubleshoot system, application, and infrastructure issues across mission environments Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (5 additional years of experience may substitute) •DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or equivalent) •Strong experience with Linux system administration, networking, and troubleshooting •U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
