Required Skills: •This role has a strong preference for candidates with experience selling into the BFSI (particularly Banking) and fintech vertical. Applicants with demonstrated success in these industries will be prioritized. •Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company growth objectives. •Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across priority verticals, including BFSI and fintech. •Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through close. •Establish and nurture C-level client relationships to drive long-term partnerships. •Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop tailored, competitive proposals. •Lead RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and contract negotiations. •Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales quotas. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. •Demonstrated success in closing large, complex, multi-year deals with enterprise clients. •Demonstrated success selling into the BFSI (Banking preferred) and fintech vertical •Comprehensive expertise in industry-specific challenges, compliance requirements, and CX expectations within these sectors •Established network and relationships within one or more of these verticals •In-depth knowledge of global delivery models and outsourcing solutions. •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. •Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement and deal closure.
