Required Skills: •Evaluate and resolve technical issues related to existing aerospace fastener products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. •Conduct root cause analyses for product failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. •Provide engineering support for product changes and value engineering. •Maintain and update technical documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications as needed. •Partner cross-functionally with design teams to improve existing products and ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. •Review engineering changes and ensure proper implementation across production. •Work closely with manufacturing teams to address process inefficiencies, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize workflows as applicable. •Ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements during production. Qualifications: •Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and familiarity with GD&T standards. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. •Knowledge of aerospace standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA, NADCAP). •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Background in developing and maintaining a PLM system. •Detail-oriented and driven by quality and operational excellence. •Demonstrated capacity to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Passion for innovation and continuous improvement. •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
