Required Skills: •Is seeking a Survey Technician to join our team in our Raleigh, NC office. This position will assist Registered Professional Surveyors by performing field work as a one-person crew or leading a two-person crew, as well as providing office support for project preparation, processing, and drafting. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work as a one-person crew or lead a two-person crew in the performance of ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret civil and architectural design drawings to assist with construction staking. •Assisting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal description, and computing survey points •Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff •Ensures division, regional, and company values, policies and practices are consistently followed within the survey service. •Lead by example – display solid judgment, good values, trust, honesty, openness, and professionalism. •An associate degree in surveying, Engineering Technology, or related area of study •CST certification, North Carolina LSIT Certification Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
