Required Skills: •Prepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with scope and timely completion. •Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects. •Personnel management, proposal generation, and business development •Oversee and assist with scheduling field work and maintaining the field schedule/calendar •Review and process the results of field surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features and structures. •Lead and oversee accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects •Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients •Verify the accuracy of field survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Perform mathematical calculations and check field data.
