(APC) Location: Benbrook, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 10:18:20 Employment Type: On-site About the job Experience: •Proven Project Manager with experience at the Director’s recommendation •Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. •Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management. •Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD) Required Skills: •Survey Project Manager II •Onsite position located in Benbrook, TX or Tyler, TX •The Project Manager II role plans, directs, manages, and provides oversight of assigned design and survey projects to ensure that Company goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters. •Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues. •Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. •Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. •Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project. •Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED •A combination of experience, education, licensures/certification(s) to include Project Management Professional combination may be considered and substituted in lieu of tenure at the discretion of CEO / COO •Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills include the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
