Required Skills: •NV5 is seeking an experienced and motivated •The ideal candidate will have extensive surveying experience, a strong understanding of NCDOT requirements, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. •Leadership & Operations Management •Manage all survey operations for the Charlotte office. •Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Survey Technicians, CAD Technicians, Crew Chiefs, Field Technicians, and support staff. •Monitor production levels, staff utilization, and operational performance. •Coordinate training and professional development opportunities for survey staff. •Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
