Required Skills: •Lead field survey crews on transportation, infrastructure, and public works projects throughout Idaho. •Perform construction staking, boundary, topographic, and design surveys using Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, and other advanced survey equipment. •Collect, process, and verify accurate survey data while maintaining quality and safety standards. •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to support successful project delivery. •Mentor junior survey staff and contribute to continuous improvement of survey operations. Qualifications: •Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work outdoors in varying weather and travel as projects require. •ITD design survey experience.
