Hiring: Surveillance Technician Company: Bally’s Corporation Location: Baton Rouge, LA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:21:02 Employment Type: On-site About the job Required Skills: •The Surveillance Technician assists with maintenance, repair, and placement of surveillance equipment and alarm systems. They protect casino assets via CCTV, in accordance with IRGC regulations and internal controls. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests. •Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. •Ensure protection of company assets, team members, and guests and compliance with Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations through effective installation, movement, and placement of surveillance equipment. •Repair and maintain all surveillance department CCTV equipment. •Interface directly with outside vendors as necessary to oversee on-site work. •Monitor casino games, bank, cage, slots, count room, and all areas of property under camera coverage. •Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information. •Track and complete all government reporting.
