This role blends traditional low-voltage installation oversight with backend IT responsibilities, ensuring systems are not just installed, but fully operational and optimized. •Leadership & Field Management •Lead, schedule, and mentor installation technicians on commercial and residential projects. •Ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion of work. •Perform site assessments and adjust plans in real time. •System Configuration & IT Support •Install, configure, and optimize surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE switches). •Set up networking infrastructure for security systems — including VLANs, subnets, routing, and remote access.
