Required Skills: •Provides full responsibility of a Team Lead supporting the Industrial Property Branch Chief, who provides oversight and guidance on contract property management to agency and contract stakeholders through property administration, record keeping, pro. •Serves as team leader in assigning work to employees on the team based on priorities jointly established with the supervisor. •Ensures that the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work product and services. •Coaches in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques, provides advice on work methods, practices and procedures, and assist the team and/or individual members in identifying the parameters of a viable. •Researches, learns and applies a wide rand of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products. Qualifications: •This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination. •The incumbent must obtain Acquisition certification in the Contracting Functional Area at the Contracting Professional Functional Tier within 36 months of entry into this position, in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.66. •This is a Drug Testing position. •This is a covered position and the person selected for this position must complete an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of appointment pursuant to 5 CFR 2634.903(b) (DoD 5500.7). •Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study - business administration, accounting, law, marketing, statistics, production management, industrial management, or other fields related to the position. •Skill in developing, implementing, administering, evaluating, monitoring, or coordinating programs, policies, regulations, and procedures concerned with the management, control, utilization, or disposition of personal or industrial property •Knowledge of the values and uses of property items, merchandising methods, marketing techniques and outlets, or general trade practices related to the disposition of property; and/or the ability to understand and evaluate business practices relating to the acquisition, control, use, consumption, maintenance, and preservation of property •Solid functional working knowledge of equipment, machinery, tools, materials, or other items of personal or real property •Knowledge of Government sales policies, regulations, and methods; and Knowledge of contract provisions, and ability to interpret and apply contract clauses and Government procurement regulations. •All applicants (if required to meet the basic requirement )must provide a copy of transcripts at the time of application.
