Hiring: Support, Service Desk I Company: CCS Location: Clearwater, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:54:20 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Jira, Medicaid, Medicare About the job Required Skills: •Performs daily duties onsite (Monday–Friday) in the Clearwater, Fl distribution center to manage hardware and system access workflows. •Images new computers and reimages repurposed computers, including setting up the new employee profiles on the pc prior to shipping to ensure a seamless new employee onboarding experience. •Provisions mobile devices in apple business manager and intune, ships to the recipient, and assists with setup questions. •Packages and ships computers and associated equipment to remote employees. •Creates new employee accounts in active directory and proprietary CCS systems. •Processes termination tickets, ensuring the disabling of employee accounts and equipment in active directory and proprietary CCS systems. •Processes equipment returns and manages corresponding hardware inventory. •Lead and oversee maintaining an orderly workplace working environment (organization of equipment). Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Familiar with common hardware and software used in an office environment. •Prioritizes tasks and manages time with strong multi-tasking skills. •Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. •Highly detail-oriented demonstrating thoroughness in ticket documentation. •Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability to speak additional languages is a plus. •CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required. •Operational familiarity with Atlassian Jira is a plus. •Certainty-The lives of the individuals we serve depend on our ability to execute.
