Hiring: Supply Systems Analyst Company: DLA Careers Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:39:50 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Monitors and reviews processes and performance for enterprise-wide studies and initiatives and serves as senior advisor to the Process Owner regarding enterprise-wide Order Fulfillment functional process performance issues. •Develops methodology and procedures to identify problems and develop solutions that improve effectiveness of performance review. •Plans, organizes, and directs reviews; assigns segments of the review to various functional process organizations; and coordinates the efforts of the functional analysts/experts throughout the agency. •Based on research and findings, provides the Process Owner and other senior level agency representatives with recommendations addressing complex and interrelated enterprise-wide Order Fulfillment issues for successful implementation. •Recommends process-specific improvement designs based on comprehensive surveys and studies involving the formulation, coordination, and implementation of short-range and long-range plans for successful deployment of enterprise system. •Conducts policy analysis and serves as Agency expert for the development and implementation of enterprise-wide policies related to the Order Fulfillment processes. •Analyzes legislative/regulatory requirements that impact Order Fulfillment process activities, interprets intent of governing documents, and directs complex studies of policies, procedures and programs and their functional and system implementation.
