Our team is currently hiring for levels 3-4. •Interface with Production operations, Inspection, Shipping/Receiving, and Engineering teams to develop appropriate quality signals and processes to meeting overall program reliability goals •Maintain established quality processes and necessary procedures to ensure the identification, segregation, control, and disposition of all nonconforming materials, parts, components, and subassemblies at both the internal and supplier level •Lead containment actions for non-conforming products, including product traceability, coordination with Build Reliability Engineers on potential flight risks, and root cause analysis at the supply chain level. •Identify opportunities for risk reduction and removal of complexity in designs and processes to improve manufacturability, collaborating with integrated product teams to drive improvements and address high-impact and repeating non-conformances. •Lead and oversee tracking yield, test/inspection escapes, and ensuring past failures and lessons learned are incorporated into NPI. •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field and 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality engineering role, or 8+ years of direct work experience •Knowledge of mechanical and avionics product manufacturing, assembly, test and inspection processes Qualifications: •This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
