Hiring: Supply Chain Process Analyst Company: Scooter's Coffee Location: Omaha, NE Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:35:57 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Project Management, Six Sigma About the job Experience: •2-4 years of warehouse/distribution leadership or applicable experience •2-4 years of WMS experience (WHS) – Strongly Preferred •4 years of warehouse/distribution leadership or applicable experience •4 years of WMS experience (WHS) – Strongly Preferred Required Skills: •Serve as Supply Chain lead on process & system, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs. •Partner with Supply Chain and IT teams to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service levels. •Actively facilitate and support implementation, configuration, testing, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of warehouse management (Softeon), transportation management, and enterprise systems (Netsuite). •Analyze operational processes, workflows, and system performance to identify root causes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business data to evaluate process effectiveness and support data-driven decision making. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution. •Develop, maintain, and update Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), process maps, training materials, and system documentation. •Support change management initiatives through communication, documentation, and post-implementation support. Qualifications: •Previous experience in continuous improvement, lean management and process auditing – Strongly Preferred •Demonstrated success in improving process and utilizing continuous improvement tools to improve performance and efficiencies in a warehouse environment •In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), with experience in implementing or managing WMS implementations. •Excellent project management skills with the ability to assist in leading cross-functional teams and deliver results. •Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. •Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. •Detail Oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment •Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally with departments across the organization •Proficient in Microsoft Offices and Excel •Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, or process mapping is preferred.
