Location: Kansas City Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:06:37 About the job Experience: •2-5 years of related work experience; or strong construction industry related work experience •5 years of related work experience; or strong construction industry related work experience Required Skills: •Solicit bids, evaluate quotations, select suppliers, and execute contracts in line with project needs •Coordinate the scheduling and expediting of deliverables, services, and materials to meet project timelines •Ensure all contracts are closed out properly, with all terms fulfilled and documented •Work closely with Estimating, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure proposal compliance and accuracy •Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Scheduling, Field Engineering, Site Administration, Finance, and Legal teams as needed •Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth PO execution and address any issues that arise •Oversee warranty efforts, ensuring resolution of issues post-project completion •Perform other related duties as required to support the procurement function and project goals Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of related work experience; or strong construction industry related work experience •Strong negotiating and analytical skills •Demonstrated capacity to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Strong interpersonal and leadership skills •Demonstrated capacity to effectively interface with all levels of management •Our benefits cover you and your family on day one!
