Required Skills: •Lead supplier quality investigations, containment activities, and corrective action efforts. •Partner with suppliers to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions using methodologies such as 8D and continuous improvement tools. •Coordinate material sorting and containment activities with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party providers. •Track and analyze supplier-related quality issues, assembly damage, and scrap trends. •Drive process improvement initiatives using •, Pareto analysis, trend analysis, and data-driven action plans. •Manage the supplier failure analysis process, including tracking returned materials and ensuring timely supplier responses. •Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Process Engineering, and Test Engineering teams to improve product quality and reduce costs.
