Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. •Minimum of five (3-5) years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Supply Chain, or a related manufacturing environment. •Demonstrated experience managing supplier escalations, production recovery efforts, and supply chain risk. •Solid functional working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. •Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting both internal and external stakeholders. •Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a high level of professional integrity. •Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional short-notice travel to supplier locations.
