Company: U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command Location: Fort Meade, MD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 18:03:22 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : C, Compliance, Plaid About the job Required Skills: •Plan and direct the security programs for the assigned unit and its subordinate organizations. •Provide technical and administrative supervision to subordinates engaged in security administration work. •Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). •Develop and promulgate security policy, regulations, and procedures and monitor program activities to assure compliance with U.S. Code,DoD, National Security Agency (NSA) and Army policy and regulations. •Provide clarifications or technical instructions to the contractor, which assist in the interpretation of technical portions of the Statements of Work (SOW) or Specification requirements. Qualifications: •Conditions of employment •Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. •In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter. •Must pass a Counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated(NDI) on pre-appointment and remain subject to random CI scope polygraph examinations for the duration of employment. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret (TS) security clearance based on a T5 investigation/Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI). •Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel is required approximately 15% of the time. •All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management. •Must be able to obtain and maintain access to NSA facilities and networks. •This is a Mission-Essential position performing a Mission-Critical-Function which must continue uninterrupted after the occurrence of an emergency and continued through full resumption of all functions. •You may be required to serve a 2-year trial period. •You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. •Direct Deposit of Pay is required. •Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. •Under crisis, operations may be subject to short notice expanded hours, possible recall situations and irregular work hours, including weekends and holidays. •Qualifications Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
