Hiring: Supervisory Program Analyst Company: DLA Careers Location: Greater Cleveland Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 20:32:38 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Implementation, management, and operation of the DoW Cyberspace Workforce (DCWF) program per DOWI 8140.01 for DLA. •Actively design and execute comprehensive talent management initiatives—incorporating targeted recruiting, continuous upskilling, structured career development, and retention strategies... •...to ensure J6 Information Operations maintains a highly skilled, resilient workforce capable of fully supporting DLA mission requirements based on dynamic workforce levels and identified skills gaps. •Manages J6 enterprise workforce human capital programs including organizational climate surveys, competency assessment tools, drug testing, multisource feedback, leadership development, and other programs. •Completes manpower studies to measure human resource utilization, identify future requirements, and recommend efficient manpower usage to support mission needs. •Establishes long-range business planning efforts, priorities, and schedules for the office to achieve corporate goals supporting J6 initiatives. •Develops, issues, and implements policies, regulations, and guidance of agency-wide, DoD, and Government-wide scope while analyzing legislative impacts. •Leads and conducts studies analyzing organizational, functional, and strategic problems to propose structural and mission changes for J6 operations.
