Company: U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command Location: Fort Gordon, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:43:52 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Serves as the Director, Operating Base – Gordon, 202nd Military Intelligence Battalion, 513th Military Intelligence Brigade (Theater) (MIB (T)). •Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and advisor to the command for HUMINT policy, doctrine, and strategy, ensuring HUMINT activities are conducted IAW established statues, DoD Directives, US Army and theater Regulations, policies and US law. •Provide direct oversight to the expenditure of all operational resources and annual budget, and ensure all activity is executed in a fiscally responsible manner. •Evaluates employee performance, sets performance standards and provides employees counseling required and recommends awards or disciplinary action for employee performance. •Reviews operations, evaluates program effectiveness by review of reports, and discussion with subordinates. Qualifications: •Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. •In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter. •Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis. •Two year trial/probationary period may be required. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance. •Must sign and comply with the provisions of a mobility (rotation) agreement. Mobility may include unaccompanied tours. •All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended temporary duty (TDY) or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management. •May be required to perform TDY of at least 25% of the time, CO NUS and OCONUS, and may be subject to extended duty with long hours under high pressure •Must successfully complete all required certification courses and training for the discipline, position and grade as directed by the CG, INSCOM, the MICECP Program Manager or otherwise established in the program manager guide. •In accordance with the MICECP Career guide, must successfully complete the CI Special Agent Course, Fort Huachuca, Arizona, ASOC and/or AMSOC. Successful completion of MOTC/FTC qualifies the individuals for MS0l.
