Company: Defense Logistics Agency Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:32:38 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Serving as Chief of the Complaints and Training Business Unit within the Equal Employment Office. •Supervising subordinate staff in the performance of processing Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaints for all serviced activities. •Ensuring that all EEO complaints are consistent and comply with all EEOC Laws, Statutes, Management Directives, Policies, Procedures, and EEO Case Law. •Developing and providing guidance to the work force in the form of staff memoranda, letters of instruction, and briefings to senior management. •Hearing and resolving complaints from employees and referring group grievances or more serious unresolved complaints to the activity EEO manager. •Conducting special projects and multi-functional analyses of EEO Complaints, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and EEO Training information in the serviced activities. •Overseeing federal EEO complaint processing from intake through resolution, including counseling, investigation, ADR and final action.
