Required Skills: •A Warehouse Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations, overseeing staff, inventory (receiving, storing, shipping), and logistics to ensure efficiency and safety, including training new hires, enforcing protocols, managing documentation, and collaborating with other departments for smooth workflow and order fulfillment. •They act as a link between management and floor staff, focusing on productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards like GMPs •Please note that this is a 2nd Shift position, from 3pm-11pm M-F. •Leadership and supervision of warehouse employees across all shifts, including scheduling and timecard approval. •Ensure warehouse employees perform job responsibilities correctly and safely, with a focus on scanning accuracy, adhering to all warehouse SOPs. •Ensure all shipping / receiving documents are created and maintained accurately. This includes BOLs, and all associated documents. •Ensuring that product is shipped, received properly and Hold product is handled according to guidelines and disposition. •Supervision of the movement of finished goods from the Annex / FG staging location to the warehouse and into the designated truck shipments.
