Hiring: Supervisor, Warehouse (2nd Shift) Company: Herbalife Location: Winston-Salem, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 10:17:56 About the job Experience: •5+ years’ experience supervising direct reports •Demonstrated success in results in setting, implementing and achieving business strategies within a manufacturing organization Required Skills: •Manage warehouse to ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to the various business centers who utilize them. •Lead and oversee the efficient flow of products from the point of material receipt from suppliers, material delivery to manufacturing, finished goods receipt from manufacturing, and shipping to domestic and international locations. •Expedite interplant transfers of materials and products between warehouses as required. •Provide planning, direction and coordination for all warehouse related activities while achieving optimum use of workers, equipment, materials and facilities. •Establish work practices, operating procedures, and work instructions to improve overall performance, ensure inventory accuracy, streamline handling, maximize productivity, and promote efficient material flow and space utilization. •Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems. •Work alongside the inventory control team to ensure any inventory adjustments needed are completed in a timely manner. •Coordinate the proper scrapping/disposals using the scrap log for the warehouse department.
