(Required) •Bachelor's Degree Respiratory Care (Required) •Assist with development of training and in-services for RCS. •Facilitate training sessions for RCS and multi-disciplinary teams as directed by RCS Leadership. •Assure staff compliance with completion of departmental and hospital annual mandatories, licensure, and certifications required for RCP level. •Assist with scheduling staff for certification course such as BLS, PALS, and NRP. •3 years' experience in progressively responsible lead (i.e. - charge, shift coordinator, educator, etc.) or supervisory positions. 5 total years lead experience required with Associate's degree. (Required) •RCP License from the District of Columbia DOH Health Regulation and Licensing Administration.
