Follow standard company work management processes and tools •Collecting and analyzing operating data (vibration, thermograph, lubrication, testing, failure analyses), operating records and performance reports •Assuring that electrical and mechanical equipment is maintained in a safe, efficient, and economical working condition Qualifications: •Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills; communicates clearly, with credibility and confidence •Analytical and problem solving skills consistent with the ability to identify key issues from a broad range of alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions for various situations •Solid functional working knowledge of financial and economic analysis, project and risk management •Flexibility and the ability to work with shifting priorities; embrace new/evolving responsibilities •Balances multiple demands from superiors, subordinates and peers in a positive and evenhanded fashion; displays a calm demeanor under pressure. •Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, issues or projects that may include high visibility initiatives and require innovation, teamwork and planning. •Initiates new ideas and approaches; challenges prevailing practices and approaches with reasonably sound alternatives •Demonstrated capacity to apply project planning and implementation and/or continuous improvement principles (typically acquired through several years of experience in these areas) to affect tangible, positive outcomes •Promotes an atmosphere conducive to the open exchange of new ideas, and alternatives to orthodox approaches •Provides and motivates through "leading by example," coaching/mentoring and providing ongoing constructive feedback to subordinate staff; competent in systematically eliciting the best efforts and results from subordinate staff Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
