Hiring: Supervisor, Production Company: Sonova Group Location: Santa Clarita, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:49:25 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Quality Assurance, R, SAP About the job Experience: •3 years of supervisory experience required Required Skills: •Lead production team members while ensuring employee safety and compliance within assigned areas •Ensure all work is performed according to documented procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements •Set daily, weekly, and monthly personnel schedules to support production targets and demand pull service levels •Serve as an escalation point for production troubleshooting, issues, and line-down prevention •Analyze and drive productivity, WIP, and yield using continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, A3, and 5 Whys •Prepare production reports and present performance updates during operational meetings •Coach employees, establish training plans, verify training records, and support performance management and development Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required •Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required •Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, and active listening skills •Demonstrated capacity to lead production meetings, support capacity analysis, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality Assurance, and R&D •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP background preferred •A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova •Don't meet all the criteria?
