Required Skills: •This position is responsible for leading production shifts – including employees and coordinators - according to plant policies and procedures, obtaining and achieving shift targets set forth by the Senior Leadership Team, and maintaining cross functional relationships and communication in order to achieve daily and long term plant objectives. •You are applying for our C Shift Production Supervisor postion. The schedule will be Friday - Sunday 6:00am-6:30am •This position does not offer relocation assistance. •Lead and oversee ensuring shift production metrics, and coach/guide staff to meet expected performance metrics •Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative approach in order to continuously improve production metrics, eliminate production roadblocks, and improve equipment performance •Lead and oversee shift and area duties which include, but are not limited to team member training, daily shift and staff scheduling including management of time off requests, overtime assignments, team member coaching, communication of corrective actions, and planning replacement for absent TMs with assistance from Shift Coordinators •Assist coordinators with shift planning including the management of equipment downtime, shift-to-shift communications, root cause and five why analysis, safe shutdown of equipment, and building security •Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as derived by engineering, and ensure all team members are compliant with SOPs, and/or work instructions Compensation: •Commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
