Required Skills: •Distribute and monitor the daily inputs and outputs of the group, including safety, line efficiency, daily production attainment, and inventory accuracy. •Minimize overtime and provide justification when necessary. •Maintain the capacity plan monthly and ensure materials are used according to FIFO (First In, First Out). •Identify product quality issues and implement solutions through product, process, or procedural changes, including addressing employee workmanship problems. •Maintain employee training records and ensure adequate cross-training is in place to provide necessary coverage. •Liaise with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Assurance to support failure resolution and review product support documentation. •Ensure employee compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. •Ensure the completeness of employees' weekly time and activity sheets, including monitoring punctuality.
