Required Skills: •Oversee daily physical security operations for Texas and all assigned remote sites globally, including offices, warehouses, data centers, and lottery-related locations. •Own the access control administration, badge issuance, access requests, access reviews, and employee terminations. •Oversee the review of security-related work orders, tickets, and service requests. •Coordinate incident response with internal stakeholders, facilities teams, law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary. •Assess security risks and direct mitigation efforts during off-hours events to minimize operational disruption and maintain compliance. •Provide timely communication and incident updates to leadership and appropriate stakeholders during significant security events. •Perform annual reviews of the security policies, procedures, response protocols, and operational documentation. •Administer physical security systems, including access control, visitor management, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
