Maintain confidentiality of patient records and escalate concerns as necessary. •Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. •Technology Utilization: Leverage healthcare technology and analytics tools to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making processes. •Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between Mid-Revenue Cycle functions and other departments, facilitating communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. •Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and develop team members by providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce. •Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance: Monitor quality standards, address operational challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain a high level of service delivery. Qualifications: •Exposed to normal office environment. •Job may require travel, therefore, may be exposed to road and weather hazards. •Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally. •Sits the majority of the workday, but also may lift, reach, and bend throughout the day. •Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. •Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to manage teams, coach staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
