Travel required, at times, domestically and internationally. •Build and manage DigiKey’s internal communications infrastructure: the team, strategy, channels, cadences and best practices for how the company communicates. •Serve as a strategic communications partner across the business; triaging and prioritizing company-wide communication requests and partnering with stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear, effective messaging. •Partner closely with the HR team as a strategic sounding board on sensitive or high-stakes communications. •Partner with marketing communications teams to keep our internal and external narrative aligned and consistent. •Evolve DigiKey’s internal communications strategy and toolkit as the company scales, experimenting with new initiatives and channels. •Measure and iterate on what's working, bringing a data-informed lens to DigiKey’s internal communications team. •Organize and lead communication projects and planning meetings. Qualifications: •Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen. •Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body.
