Required Skills: •Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, hands-on, and on-the-job training programs for manufacturing personnel. •Qualify and certify manufacturing employees on production processes, aseptic techniques, cleanroom behaviors, equipment operation, and GMP documentation practices. •Maintain training curricula, qualification matrices, and training records in accordance with regulatory requirements. •Partner with Manufacturing leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans. •Conduct training effectiveness assessments and implement continuous improvements to training programs. •Support onboarding of new manufacturing employees through structured learning pathways. •Partner cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and revise training materials, job aids, and standard work documentation. •Support deviation investigations related to training deficiencies and implement corrective actions when required.
