Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional claims experience; or a high school diploma with 7 years claims experience. •Five or more years of liability claims handling experience, including at least three years handling litigated claims. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain a Florida All Lines Adjuster License, as well as reciprocal licenses in states where Publix operates. •Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. •Strong knowledge of general liability and automobile liability claims handling practices. •Knowledge of negligence law, damages evaluation, risk transfer principles, and civil litigation procedures. •Proven ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions, and manage competing priorities. •Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. •Seven or more years of liability claims handling experience, including extensive litigation exposure.
