Required Skills: •Supervise teams of electrical testing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. •Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. •Promote and enforce a strong safety culture. •Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members. •Construction document management including submittal review, RFI’s, change orders, and invoicing. •Oversee the documentation of test procedures, review results, and generate test reports for customers. •Assists in job execution and purchasing of job materials. •Coordinate field service employees daily schedules. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, equivalent engineering science or 6+ years of related field service management experience in the electrical testing industry. •Operational familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards. •Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, business acumen, management ability •Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. •Valid Driver’s license with good driving record. •Understand electrical engineering principles related to substation design, construction and testing. •Specific skills with protective relaying or NETA III or NETA IV certified. •Able to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for all disciplines. •Define data center system-level architecture, and create and maintain project documentation. •Certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), LEED, and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP).
