Qualifications: •Master's degree in architecture or higher. •Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the building industry; 15+ years preferred. •Licensed Architect with current professional registration. NCARB certification preferred. •Demonstrated experience leading architectural projects from concept through construction. •Strong design and technical expertise with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. •Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. •Passion for mentoring and developing less experienced staff. •Thorough understanding of the International Building Code (IBC), accessibility requirements, and related regulations. •Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. •Strong attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
