Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with the Project Manager to develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives. •Thoroughly familiarize oneself with project plans, specifications, contracts, and all relevant documents. •Select appropriate methods and acquire necessary equipment for project execution. •Enforce company safety policies, organizing safety meetings, and ensuring compliance among employees and supervisors. •Manage workforce by hiring or terminating workers as necessary to maintain safety, efficiency, and timeliness. •Ensure accurate completion of all documentation, including safety reports, payroll, and labor unit reports. •Conduct meetings with subordinates, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to communicate, coordinate, and direct work effectively. •Approve or reject invoices and expenses, verifying coding accuracy on all financial documents.
