Qualifications: •Demonstrated integrity, motivation, leadership ability, and a strong work ethic. •Proven experience managing commercial construction projects and field operations. •Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, team-building, and organizational skills. •Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and coordinate competing project demands. •Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications. •Demonstrated capacity to independently manage project activities and make sound decisions in the field. •In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices, safety regulations, and quality control standards. •Demonstrated capacity to self-perform work when necessary. •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. •Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete background screening and drug testing requirements.
