Hiring: Sugarloaf Lift Maintenance Assistant Manager Company: Sugarloaf Location: Carrabassett Valley, ME Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:30:51 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Team Leadership & Training •Help hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff, ensuring the team has the guidance and resources to meet department goals. •Directly supervise Lift Mechanics and the Administrative Assistant, including training on software programs and administrative duties. •Build and sustain a strong working culture focused on safety, morale, and a positive attitude toward the company and the public. •Ensure lift conditions meet tramway safety orders and that all required maintenance is executed on schedule. •Maintain accurate lift maintenance and safety records as required by tramway safety authorities. •Stay current on legal, regulatory, and technological developments affecting the industry, including OSHA and state/federal environmental standards. •Implement and run a safety program for lift maintenance personnel.
