Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered. •Extensive experience managing substation construction projects. •In-depth knowledge of transmission systems, substations, foundations, structural steel erection, electrical installation, and utility construction practices. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large field teams simultaneously. •Proven knowledge of construction scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and cost management. •Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, utility safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements. •Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction contracts. •Willingness to travel throughout South East based on project assignments.
