In this role, you will manage procurement and subcontract activities from supplier identification and solicitation through negotiation, award, performance management, and closeout. •Lead cradle-to-grave subcontract administration activities, including supplier sourcing, solicitation, award, administration, performance monitoring, and closeout. •Develop and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for software, hardware, payloads, components, equipment, and professional services. •Evaluate supplier proposals for technical, commercial, and regulatory compliance requirements. •Perform price and cost analyses to support fair and reasonable pricing determinations using market research, competitive quotes, historical data, and benchmarking techniques. •Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, terms and conditions, Statements of Work (SOWs), and long-term agreements. •Conduct supplier qualification assessments and support supplier audits to ensure quality, capability, and compliance requirements are met. Qualifications: •Strong background in supplier proposal evaluation, subcontract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. •Demonstrated experience performing price analysis and determining fair and reasonable pricing. •Solid functional working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting requirements. •Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Contracts, or a related field. •Knowledge of government contract types, including CPFF, FFP, and T&M. •Proficiency with SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and data analysis tools). •Knowledge of procurement compliance, contract administration, and supplier risk management practices.
